Standard Shipping
A $10 AUD delivery fee is applied to orders for standard shipping on all deliveries within Australia.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is available for $15 AUD. Express timeframes will vary depending on your area. Only available to delivery addresses within Australia.
Express shipping times vary depending on location but generally range between 1-3 business days.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, floods, etc.)
Click & Collect
This is a free service that allows you to collect your order from our salon; your order will not be shipped.
When this option is selected you will be notified via email when your order is ready. You can then collect the order from 10/19 Taylor Street, Pialba, QLD, 4655 between 9am-4pm Monday- Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
Click and Collect orders will be held for 7 business days after the date they are ready for collection. If collection has not been made within this time, or a collection time arranged, Utopia Beauty & Spa reserves the right to cancel and refund the order.
If an order is cancelled the following will apply:
a) The order will be refunded to the same method used to place the order.
b) the customer is welcome to place the order again at their convenience, however any promotions that have lapsed during this time will no longer be available.
If the freight option is changed from Click and Collect to a shipping service, a delivery fee may apply and is payable before dispatch.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking code and estimated delivery date.
How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday within 1-2 days after your order has been placed and paid for. Standard Shipping within Australia ranges between approx. 1-9 business days, depending on location. Express Shipping within Australia ranges between approx. 1-3 business days, depending on location.
What to do if you have entered the incorrect address?
Please email chantelle@utopiabeautyandspa.com as soon as possible, quoting your order number. If your order has already entered the dispatch process, unfortunately, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
All postage and handling prices above are AUD unless otherwise stated.
Returns
Returns Policy
Please email us at chantelle@utopiabeautyandspa.com if you are not satisfied with your products so that we can resolve any issues.
You may be required to return the product and provide proof of purchase.
When returning product please ensure the product is in the original packaging. Products need to be sent back in a post box, not a satchel, with sufficient packaging to ensure the product is not damaged during shipment. If products are returned damaged, you may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
We recommend that you return the product via registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit.
Please note that all claims will be honoured at the discretion of Utopia Beauty & Spa
Refunds will be processed via the same payment method that you originally paid for your order upon receipt of the returned products. Please note that refunds cannot be processed to expired credit cards.
The total value of the refund will equal the payment made for the goods purchased, excluding freight and any other relevant fees, including Customs or Import fees, if any. Please note, the value of the returned item may change due to any promotions or discounts applied to the order including but not limited to shipping discounts. We will do our best to process returns within 5 business days of receipt and a reimbursement will be issued in the original form of payment.
